Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollments, disbursements, and adjustments during night shift operations
- Conduct eligibility verifications and compliance audits for state retirement plans
- Maintain accurate participant records in state pension databases
- Respond to urgent participant inquiries via secure night shift channels
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless service continuity
- Generate monthly pension reports for regulatory compliance
- Participate in quarterly pension system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency with state pension systems (e.g., TRS, ERS)
- FINRA Series 65/66 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Texas pension regulations
- Advanced Excel and database management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
