- Generate nightly reconciliation reports for audit trails
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Texas state pension regulations
- Proficiency in pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Valid Texas state government security clearance
