- Maintain compliance with ERISA and NY State pension regulations
- Support outreach initiatives for retirement planning workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications
