Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Albridge)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Texas pension laws
- Excellent communication skills for participant education
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with government pension systems preferred
