Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or regulatory compliance experience
- Proficiency in ERISA, IRC, and DOL pension regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and financial statements
