Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan enrollment processes and documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 2+ years pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency in Excel and pension management software
- Strong understanding of ERISA and state pension regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- Experience in customer service for retirement-related inquiries
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database reporting
