Responsibilities
- Administer pension plan enrollments, contributions, and distributions
- Process retirement applications and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Respond to inquiries from employees and retirees regarding pension benefits
- Maintain accurate pension records and documentation
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during reviews
- Prepare monthly and annual pension reports for leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement planning experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Milliman, Mercer)
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and government pension regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional travel)
