Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with federal/state pension regulations and reporting requirements
- Support annual audits and financial reporting for pension funds
- Collaborate with investment and actuarial teams on plan administration
- Prepare summary reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with pension plans or retirement benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and NC pension statutes
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for occasional travel)
