- Advise public employees on pension plan options and retirement strategies
- Conduct eligibility verifications and benefit calculations
- Maintain compliance with Ohio Revised Code 742 and federal ERISA regulations
- Generate quarterly reports for actuarial reviews and audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Oracle HCM)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred
