- Provide technical assistance to plan sponsors and participants regarding retirement benefits
- Conduct plan examinations and investigative reviews as assigned
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with federal agencies on pension policy initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates affecting pension plans
- Document case activities and maintain accurate records in federal systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years pension plan administration or benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and federal pension regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Excellent written communication skills for regulatory reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and successful background clearance
