Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits management experience
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
- Expertise in ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and California pension statutes
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Alight, ADP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
