Responsibilities
- Administer pension plan benefits, enrollments, and disbursements with precision
- Process daily payments for retirees and beneficiaries using advanced financial systems

- Comply with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Illinois state pension statutes
- Analyze contribution data and reconcile accounts quarterly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits management experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, 401(a), and public pension regulations
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Albridge)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication abilities for participant interactions
- State of Illinois pension certification preferred
