Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- ERISA and IRS regulation certification (CEBS or QKA preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of defined benefit and 401(k) plan structures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Ability to interpret complex legal statutes and technical guidance
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Alight, ADP)
