Responsibilities
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations
- Assist with pension plan inquiries from members and employers Maintain accurate participant records in pension systems
- Contribute to compliance audits and regulatory reporting
- Support outreach programs for public sector employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy updates
- Document processes and improve administrative workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
