Responsibilities

- Maintain confidential participant records with precision
- Collaborate with finance team on quarterly reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration or benefits experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Kansas pension laws
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Oracle, Workday)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Government/public sector experience preferred
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-4pm)
