Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan enrollment, disbursements, and compliance documentation
- Conduct complex benefit calculations and financial projections
- Respond to weekend member inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on regulatory updates
- Generate monthly reports for stakeholder review
- Implement weekend-specific operational protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years pension plan or benefits administration experience
- Government sector or regulated financial services background
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Oracle Benefits)
- Series 65 or 63 securities license preferred
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- NY State residency required
