Qualifications
- 5+ years in pension administration or federal benefits
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced certification in Federal Retirement Benefits (FRB)
- Proficiency in BENEFITS software and SAP HR modules
- Experience with weekend shift operations and rotational scheduling
- Expert knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS systems
