Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming emergency and non-emergency calls from the public and other agencies.
  • Dispatch law enforcement, fire, and medical units to incident scenes using computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems.
  • Monitor radio frequencies and maintain continuous communication with field units.
  • Enter and update incident information, status reports, and logs accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:
