Responsibilities
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch emergency/non-emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services
- Operate multi-channel radio systems and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software
- Maintain accurate call logs and incident documentation
- Provide clear, concise information to first responders during critical incidents
- Coordinate resources during emergency situations
- Communicate effectively with diverse public and agency personnel
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and procedural protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US
- Valid Arizona driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
