Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and empathy
- Operate CAD/RMS systems and radio communications during critical incidents
- Coordinate multi-agency responses including fire, EMS, and other police units
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Provide critical information to responding officers during active situations
- Participate in ongoing training for new technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Proficiency with computer systems and multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Must be available for flexible shift rotations including nights/weekends
