Responsibilities
- Operate radio communication systems and dispatch emergency services
- Maintain accurate incident logs and digital records
- Provide critical information to first responders during emergencies
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time resource deployment
- Handle multi-line phone systems and citizen inquiries
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical agencies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic typing speed of 40 WPM
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Clear speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- No felony convictions
