Responsibilities
- Answer emergency/non-emergency calls using EMD protocols
- Dispatch police/fire/EMS personnel efficiently
- Operate radio systems and CAD software
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident records
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide critical information to first responders
- Undergo continuous skills assessment and training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- Basic computer proficiency
- Clear speaking voice with strong communication skills
