Responsibilities
- Process 911 and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate emergency services (police, fire, EMS) during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed radio logs and incident documentation
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time resource deployment
- Apply crisis intervention techniques during high-stress situations
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies
- Adhere to all department policies and NIMS protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM (tested during application)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Must be 18+ years old and U.S. citizen
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- No felony convictions
