Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and empathy
- Operate multi-channel radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Input and maintain critical incident data in CAD/RMS systems
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques during high-stress situations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and community resources

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under extreme pressure and multitask effectively

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
