Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and prioritize emergency responses with precision
- Operate CAD systems and radio equipment to coordinate field units
- Provide critical information to officers during active incidents
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and log entries
- Collaborate with EMS and fire departments during multi-agency responses
- Remain calm and decisive during high-stress emergency situations
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and departmental procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Pass background investigation and polygraph examination
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Clear articulation and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- No felony convictions or serious misdemeanors
- Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work
