Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and prioritize emergency responses with precision
- Operate radio systems to dispatch police units and coordinate resources
- Maintain accurate incident logs and digital records in CAD systems
- Collaborate with fire, EMS, and other agencies during critical incidents
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to callers
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
