Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and urgency
- Operate radio systems to dispatch police units and resources
- Maintain detailed logs of communications and incidents
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time tracking and reporting
- Provide critical information to officers in the field
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- U.S. citizenship and valid California driver's license
- Ability to type 40 WPM (test required)
- Clear criminal background and drug screen
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
