Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment
- Coordinate with officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel during emergencies
- Document all call details and incident reports meticulously
- Maintain calm demeanor under high-pressure situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18 years or older
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
