Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate multi-channel radio systems for police/fire/EMS coordination
- Input and maintain detailed incident reports in CAD/RMS systems
- Provide critical pre-arrival medical instructions via EMD protocols
- Maintain situational awareness during high-stress scenarios
- Collaborate with field units and other agencies during emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 35+ WPM (testing provided)
- Clear speaking voice and exceptional communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (or obtain within 30 days)
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
