Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications
- Provide critical information to officers and emergency personnel
- Utilize CAD systems for efficient dispatching and tracking

Qualifications
