Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging healthcare trends and draft evidence-based policy recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for congressional hearings and agency leadership

- Monitor implementation of healthcare legislation and assess regulatory impacts
- Lead cross-functional projects addressing health equity and access challenges
- Present policy analyses to senior officials and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare regulations (ACA, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated ability to produce concise policy briefings under tight deadlines
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Experience with OMB and congressional budget processes
