Responsibilities
- Analyze complex economic data and policy trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop and evaluate incentive programs for business attraction and retention
- Collaborate with state agencies, local governments, and private sector partners
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy briefs for executive leadership
- Monitor federal and state legislative developments affecting economic development
- Manage grant programs and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis or economic development experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience with grant management and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Tennessee residency required
