Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, and deliver mail/packages along designated routes with 99.5% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at customer residences
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and comply with all traffic regulations
- Process and sort incoming/outgoing mail at distribution centers
- Adhere to all USPS regulations and security protocols
- Assist with special deliveries and seasonal mail volume surges
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and walk 5-8 miles daily
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for package tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
