Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages along designated routes
- Operate mail vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Collect outgoing mail from residential/business mailboxes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Process and prepare mail for distribution in processing centers
- Ensure security of confidential materials during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
