Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Collect postage and fees when required
- Operate automated mail processing equipment
- Assist in mailroom operations during peak seasons
- Report delivery issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
