Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to strict route schedules
- Process customer transactions at postal facilities (stamps, money orders, etc.)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report maintenance issues
- Operate automated mail processing equipment with proficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to work facility
