Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to established routes and schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Interact professionally with customers while providing exceptional service
- Load/unload mail containers and equipment efficiently
- Report delivery issues, customer concerns, and operational problems promptly
- Adhere to all USPS policies, safety protocols, and delivery standards
- Assist with mail processing duties as needed during peak periods
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
