Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS standards and routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents/businesses
- Load/unload mail trucks efficiently and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Report delivery issues, hazards, or suspicious activities promptly
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
