Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS standards
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently across assigned routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interaction logs
- Adhere to all postal regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at mailboxes and collection points
- Manage route adjustments during peak seasons or emergencies
- Process and return undeliverable items properly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to depot
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
