Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS protocols and delivery schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interaction logs
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned delivery equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt to changing delivery routes and weather conditions
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security standards for all mail
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and walk extended distances
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- US citizenship or permanent residency status
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
