Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages accurately according to established routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain proper documentation
- Provide courteous customer service at retail counters and during deliveries
- Process and maintain accurate tracking records for all mail items
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist with mail processing duties at distribution centers as needed
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
