Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support policy development and program evaluation.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on organizational goals and compliance with state regulations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful program implementation.
- Identify trends and recommend strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to program metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis, research, or public sector operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid legal authorization to work in the United States.
