Responsibilities
- Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Resource Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all project activities adhere to federal regulations and submit accurate progress reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
