Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for federal contracts, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with agency requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, government clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and quality standards.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent experience is required.
- Active Secret or Top Secret government security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the federal contracting or government sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
