Responsibilities
- Oversee county-wide health emergency response protocols and pandemic preparedness programs
- Manage community health initiatives targeting underserved populations and health disparities
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies for grant compliance and program reporting
- Develop data-driven public health policies and strategic implementation plans
- Lead interdepartmental task forces for health crisis management and resource allocation
- Supervise public health staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in public health or government administration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Emergency Management preferred
- Proven expertise in grant writing and federal compliance (HRSA/CDC)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in health data visualization
- Exceptional leadership abilities with cross-functional team management
- Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record
