Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies for Marion County
- Oversee community health assessment programs and emergency preparedness initiatives
- Manage grant funding and budget allocations for health department projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental health initiatives with city/state agencies
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends
- Lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement campaigns
- Ensure compliance with federal/state public health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indiana public health regulations
- Expertise in health data analysis and reporting systems
- Proven grant writing and budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license
