Responsibilities

- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
- Lead community engagement campaigns to promote health literacy and access to services
- Oversee departmental budget allocation and resource optimization for health programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or nonprofit health administration
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Valid Tennessee Public Health Administrator certification
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded projects
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CDC compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
