Responsibilities
- Receive and screen incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling departmental meetings and community events.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with high attention to detail.
- Support senior staff with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Nevada Driverβs License and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
