Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises and natural disasters
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy decisions
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Leverage community partnerships to expand health access initiatives
- Oversee compliance with federal/state health regulations (HIPAA, OSHA)
- Supervise cross-functional teams of health specialists and outreach coordinators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public health program management experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible within 6 months
- Proficiency in health data analytics tools (SPSS, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success with grant writing and compliance
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement systems preferred
