Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health education campaigns targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives with local healthcare providers
- Develop grant proposals to secure funding for health equity programs
- Lead community health assessments and stakeholder engagement processes
- Monitor compliance with state and federal health regulations
- Train public health staff on best practices and new protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Arizona public health codes and regulations
